  • 8 fitness sessions with certified personal trainer McKenna Gardanier at Anytime Fitness in Highland.

  • 4 golf lessons with Nathan Ouimette at Alta View Golf Club.

McKenna Gardanier is a certified personal trainer and nutritionist. You will get 8 weekly sessions with her at Anytime Fitness in Highland. The sessions focus on golf flexibility and speed training fundamentals. McKenna is a certified personal trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association. She is also a certified nutritionist through the International Sports Sciences Association.



Nathan Ouimette is a one of our golf instructors at Alta View. Nate's swing has been featured on many past blog posts such as "5 Keys To a Powerful Swing" Nate can swing the driver at 139 MPH. He has helped many of our members boost their speed through better use of body rotation.
