🔐 Your Alta View Key – Access Instructions

Alta View is open to members 24 hours a day. Use the ProdataKey app for secure entry.

📲 How to Access the Facility

1. Ensure Bluetooth is Enabled
   
   
   
   • The ProdataKey app requires Bluetooth to function.
     
     
   • Turn on Bluetooth before opening the app.
     
     
2. Open the ProdataKey App
   
   
   
   • Launch the app to unlock the door automatically when in range.
     
     
   • No need to tap or swipe—just approach the door with the app running.
     
     

🔄 Troubleshooting Access Issues

• If the door doesn’t open:
  
  
  
  1. Close the ProdataKey app completely.
     
     
  2. Restart the app with Bluetooth enabled.
     
     
  3. Try the door again—this resolves most issues.
     
     

📱 New Phone? Request a New Key

• Your digital key is tied to your device’s Bluetooth ID.
  
  
• If you get a new phone, you'll need a new key.
