Selu Fotu

Selu's journey with golf began at the age of 9, and from the moment she picked up a club, she was hooked. Growing up with two younger brothers who played, she quickly had to sharpen her skills to keep up on the course. Her natural talent and drive led her to compete at a high level, representing the state of Utah in numerous National tournaments through the UJGA, all while excelling at Lone Peak High School, where she helped lead her team to multiple successes.

Selu’s dedication to the game paid off when she earned a scholarship to play for the BYU women’s golf team, where she competed from 2010 to 2014. During her time at BYU, Selu not only grew as a player but also as a leader, gaining valuable experience both on and off the course.

Now, Selu is excited to give back to the game she loves by helping the next generation of golfers. Her goal is to teach young players the life lessons she learned through golf—teamwork, perseverance, and discipline—all while fostering a love for the game. With her passion and experience, Selu is ready to inspire and guide the young golfers at this summer camp to reach their full potential.
