Getting in
Turn on Bluetooth
The ProdataKey app needs Bluetooth to work. Turn it on before you open the app.
Open the ProdataKey app
With the app running, the door unlocks automatically when you're in range. No need to tap or swipe. Just walk up to the door.
If the door doesn't open
Close the ProdataKey app completely
Fully quit it, don't just switch away from it.
Reopen the app with Bluetooth on
Try the door again
This fixes most issues.
New phone? You'll need a new key
Your digital key is tied to your phone's Bluetooth ID, so a new phone needs a new key. Text, call or email us and we'll set you up.
